ksn9999 Posted April 25, 2022 Report Share Posted April 25, 2022 Hello, My H1B dropbox is in Hyderabad on May 18, 2022. Unfortunately, I cannot find my old passport with my F1 visas. I have my current passport which has both my H1B visas stamped. Is the old passport required for dropbox? Will there be any problem? What can I do? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
lovely Posted April 26, 2022 Report Share Posted April 26, 2022 You need to follow the standard procedure, "lost-passport" & fill out all documents/requirements w.r.t lost/stolen/damaged category & then complete your DS-160 and furnish your reports/complaints as supporting documents. USCIS has a requirement to furnish "ALL PASSPORT COPIES" NEW/OLD, "ALL VISAS ISSUED" VALID/EXPIRED etc, now when you cannot furnish what they wanted, please supply the solid reason on why exactly you are unable to do so.
