H1B Visa Stamping - DS-160 Questions

1. I have my H1B petition approved for transfer of H1 from Employer A to Employer B and then I have another approved H1B petition related to the work location Amendment as I have started working from home since I joined Employer B during pandemic. Could you please let me know which H1B petition number should I use for filling up the information in the DS-160 form.
2. In the US Point of Contact information, do I need to include the contact person or the organization name?. I am asking me this because it only lets me fill either one but not both. Please clarify.
