Can I transfer transfer my petition and go for stamping with different employer. 2) if my H1B stamping done through employer A and I am in India can travel to us with different employer offer? If you mean offer letter? yes you can carry offer letter with you on flight. If your intention is to work for B then ask B to file petition for you. similar question here ....
