H4 Extension while previous H4 extension application is still pending based spouse' s new 3 year H-1B extension receipt notice

Please suggest best action for my situation...

My H4 extension application(I-539) is pending with USCIS(since Sep 2021) based on my spouse's H-1B Max out/recapture period until April 15, 2022. My I-94 has expired, but extension was filed before I-94 expiry. We have not received my H4 approval notice yet, but have only received an application receipt for the extension that was filed in Sep 2021 (until recapture period of April 15, 2022). 

 

My spouse received his I-140 under premium processing and now his employer has filed for new H-1B extension for 3 more years and we only have the receipt, but not approval notice yet. Do we need to apply for another separate H4 extension based on this new application of 3 more years of extension while my initial I-539 application is still pending? Or can we just submit my spouse's new receipt for the 3 years H-1B extension? Sent an email to the attorney, but has not received any response yet.
