muthusv Posted April 6, 2022 Report Share Posted April 6, 2022 I was in L2 currently and my H1B picked in first slot. However my L2 is ending at July 31st 2022(max out). As I have a stamped B2 visa , My employer asked to go out of country and enter back in b2. So, we can file the H1B with new I 94. Currently the processing time for Canada visitor visa is more then 150 days. Does we cross the rainbow bridge in Niagara without entering canada on return can I use my B2 visa to enter the country? Or going to India and coming back is best option. On re-entrying the USA with B2 will cause any issue? Quote Link to comment
