Hi,

My wife is currently on H4 visa and got her H1 application selected in the lottery. We need to travel to India during November and December and have a couple of queries in this situation

1. Can we delay start her H1 visa (in Jan or Feb) when we come back from India?

2. Can she travel to India after October 1st and come back on H4? Will H1 be still valid to use in the future in this case?
