221G Yellow Slip asking for Client Letter

Hi,

I was eligible for a drop box (interview waiver). But 3 days later, my visa status showed Refused.

I received my passport with a White slip asking to visit the consulate in person.

During consulate interview, I was asked to produce the Client letter which was not there.

I was issued a yellow asking to email the client letter, copy of contract between petitioner and client company, detailed description of the project.

Now,

Que1: Do I need to email only 3 documents or is there any other supporting documents required like I-129 or I-797B, etc.

Que2: Is there any standard email format while replying to consulate.

Just email what they asked. No extra stuff to put you in Jeopardy.
