RDe Posted April 1, 2022 Report Share Posted April 1, 2022 We (primary and derivative) recently received our GCs in employment category but approval notice “Section” states “Person admitted to US as fiancé or child of fiancé (K-1/K2)”, whereas COA is correctly states employment-based category code. No error in our cards. As per my attorney, this is not a problem of concern, and he is not willing to help resolving this issue. I would like to know if this is something I should be worried about and get it corrected from USCIS? Quote Link to comment
