H4 I797 gap

Hi,

I came to USA in 2015 along with my dependents. When I check my dependents all I797, I found that there is gap in their I797. As primary candidate, I don't have that gap in my I797. I changed my job in 2016 and my new company transfer my visa. During that filling, my dependent got only 1 year valid I797 where I got for 3 years. I missed to check that date. We filled another extension in 2019 and we all got I797 for 3 years. Please find more information below about my dependent's I797:

I travelled to India in January 2016 and got the I94 until Jul 2019 for my dependent. So my dependent has valid I94 during 2017 to 2019 along with valid stamped visa.

 

My questions:

1. As my dependent's I797 is missing from Jul 2017 to Jul 2019. What I need to do to correct this?

2. Is there any problem getting my next visa extension?

3. My company started my greencard. Do I need to take care of anything?
