Since there need to be a dual location means an additional location need to be updated in LCA, my H1B amendment is being filed for dual location for which I got the certified LCA, I have a valid VISA and I797 petition document for earlier LCA and Location . Now I want to know whether I can travel as soon as the H1B Amendment is filed or do I need to wait till the I get the receipt number from USCIS Thanks, Ramse Quote Link to comment
