Bridge H4 approved after H1B

Looking for an expert advice.

1. H1b was maxing out on 12/31/2021 with pending PERM.
2. Company applied for H1 to H4 COS on 12/24/2021. Stopped working starting 12/24/2021.
3. I-140 and H1b approved on 3/14/2022, using H4 as a bridge application. H4 petition didnt change.
4. Received physical H1B approval notice on 3/20 with valid I-94 for 3 years staring from 3/14/2022.
5. H4 petition on 3/24/2022.

Now company is saying that they have received I94 with H1 so I'm good to work and they are going to withdraw the H4 bridge petition.

Questions -
1. If they withdraw my H4 does it mean that I was out of status between 1/1 till 3/14? Will it cause issues on further extensions or stamping?
2. If I am on H4 as per "last action rule" and if they withdraw H4 petition then am I staying here illegally without any status?
3. If H1B I-94 starting from 3/14/2022 till 2/3/2025 and H4 I-94 starting from 1/1/2022 till XYZ date. Will later date (3/14) become applicable and valid, irrespective of the actual application approval dates, since this was used as bridge application?
