brjaiswal Posted March 21, 2022 Report Share Posted March 21, 2022 I had my H1B visa till 09/12/2022 from previous employer and my spouse also has H4 visa stamping till same date. However now I have new my H1B visa from new employer valid till 06/24/2024. My spouse is planning to visit India in July 2022. My question is, can she go for Dropbox visa stamping or in-person visa stamping based on new valid I-797 before earlier visa stamping expired (before Sept 2022)? Quote Link to comment
