H1 Transfer - H4 & H4-EAD extension pending

My current employer filed a petition to extend my H1B in premium processing concurrently with my spouse's H4 and H4 EAD renewal applications. USCIS has approved my H1B petition and extended it for the next 3 years(2025), and a decision on my spouse's H4 and H4-EAD petition is pending. Her current H4 and H4 EAD are expiring next month.

 

I've got a job offer from another employer and planning to transfer my H1-B and I-I40. The new employer agreed to file my H1B petition in premium. If I transfer my H1B, will it affect her H4 and H4 EAD petition that is in progress? She is working, and I am afraid that my H1B transfer will slow down/deny her H4 and H4-EAD extension.
