I live in the USA and I am a lawful permanent resident (LPR). on January 20 2022 I submitted the i130 form for my spouse. currently, my file is at the TEXAS Service center and the processing time of TEXAS SC is around 18 to 23 months. I would like to speed up my i130 file because my husband lives in Germany and I give Germany address in the section of the beneficiary address. furthermore, my husband's german visa will be expired on Feb 2023 so please suggest to me how can I speed up my i130 process. any recommendation will be appreciated.
