RitheshB Posted March 11, 2022 Report Share Posted March 11, 2022 Hi, My wife's H4 EAD application is in progress and I am planning to shift jobs to a new employer, which would require H1B transfer. Do I need to apply for H4 Extension or H4 EAD now ??, what will happen to already applied H4 EAD application if I file for H4 Extension. Her Current H4 is valid until Dec 2023 with I-539 application while in US, but visa stamping expired on her passport. So when we travel she needs to get the stamping would that be a problem if I don't apply for her H4 Extension and if she is on previous approval ??. Quote Link to comment
