Visa Officer unable to find approved i-797 petition number in consulate portal

Hello All,

Need an expertise opinion from this group members.

I had opted for consulate interview from Krakow, Poland embassy after my h1b extension was approved. The interview went very well, basic questions asked and finger scanning was taken but visa officer was unable to find my approved petition in the database. The approved petition was electronically filled and starts with IOE. I had approved i-797 with me but she was unable to find the in her portal.

VO collected my passport and said it might take 10 days to dispatch the stamped passport however when i received passport, i got white 221g form along with it. 

Please let me know any way how to resolve this issue, how to take forward and wait time.
