Before I left A my I-140 has already been approved and just waiting for my PD to be current. Company B is filling the perm for me right now and A just contacted me and wanted me to work for them again. In this case, can I directly file I-485 if I return to company A as my PD is already current? I know they did not revoke my I-140. Thanks for the help! Quote Link to comment
