I did Masters in USA and never been to india after I arrived on F1 status. I did my internship for 11 months and OPT with the same company. I would like to visit india and get H1 stamped in thid December. I have few questions and need suggestions: - what are the documents that i need from my company for stamping purpose - I did my MS in Electrical engineering with Wireless Comm as Major and working with Construction company as a project engineer, will that be a problem?? - My employment is direct with the company but compny is not e-verified and has not more than 10 employees, will that be a problem? - will it be safe to travel Canada for stamping rather than going to India?? - is Mumbai consulate re-opened?
