Mahesh86 Posted February 18, 2022 Report Share Posted February 18, 2022 I filed my H4 and H4 EAD renewal application and received my case receipt number in September 2021 which are pending to date. Recently, I went to India and renewed my H4 stamping successfully using the primary applicant's H1B approval and got my renewed I-94 valid till 2024. My current H4 EAD expired in January 2022, the last month-end. so am I now eligible for 180 automatic extensions on my H4 EAD since I filed my EAD renewal way before its expiry date and got my I-94 renewed with my recent travel and H4 stamp?
