Engineer1234 Posted February 14, 2022 Report Share Posted February 14, 2022 Hello, I filed for AOS in Nov 2021 [PD April 2011, EB2, India] concurently filing I140, I485, I765 and I131. My I140 was approved and got biometrics done in December. Waiting for EAD / AP I have to travel to India due to a family medical situation. I noted that we can request expedition for the EAD / AP . Can we do that? Do we need to contact our congressman / congresswoman for the same? Can someone walk me through the documents needed and process for that? Quote Link to comment
