rajeric Posted February 11, 2022 Report Share Posted February 11, 2022 I have I-140 approved in Category EB2 from Employer A. I got downgraded from EB2 to EB3 and got I-140 approved (in Nov) and I have EAD card (got in Aug '21). Only I-485 is pending. I have priority date of Sep '2014. Based on current scenario, the EB3 dates has gone back and EB2 dates are also going slow and it will take some time. I am thinking to change the Job. What will be my best option? If I want to join new Employer then do I have to go for all the process again? I mean filing Labor and I-140 approval? Is there a way I can still use I-140 (on both EB2 and EB3 category) which is approved while with Employer A? Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
