Hello Guys, I have completed 5 years and 7 months of my H1B and my employer is planning to file my Perm and then I-140 and it will take around 6 to 8 months or longer for approval if without Audit. 


1) Can i stay in US till my Perm and I-140 get approved after completing my 6 years of H1B?

2) Can we change status while Perm and I-140 process is ongoing?

3) Will USCIS deny my Perm and  I-140 if i will change  status from H1-B to F-1? 

 

I will be highly thankful if some one can help in above queries.
