Hi All,

I have had my H1B visa interview done on February 24, 2021 at Hyderabad Consulate. After the interview VO gave me 221g white slip and said that required the "A letter from US Chamber of Commerce or other NAM related entity" and passport back(Case Created:23-Feb-2021 and it is showing as Refused).
After some follow-ups with HYD Admin, On Sep 29,2020, I got an email from Hyderabad consulate to submit passport and I submitted through drop box on October 4, 2021.
After a day October 5, 2021 , I have got  a call from HYDERABAD FPU and asked  few details about my work location, employer and end client / In-house project information. At the end of that call officer asked me to upload LCA, Employment Verification letter, client letter(if Any)  and  Inhouse project description in a pdf format to an email given to me(HYDFPU@state.gov). I have uploaded  the requested documents  and my future employer has also responded the same. 
My passport returned through courier and there was no stamping page, and they included New 221g white slip ("Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made") inside of it.
Once I have saw that and open CEAC website to track my 221g case status to find that it's in still "REFUSED" state. And the last update was on October 5, 2021.
