H4-SD Posted January 31, 2022 Report Share Posted January 31, 2022 I am on h4 dependent visa. My husband was working for a Company A and I have a valid H4 until August of 2022. Company B files for H1B for my husband along with my H4 as well. They withdrew the H1b application but not my H4. Now my husband joined company C with a receipt number and we are waiting on his H1 approval. Meanwhile USCIS sent an RFE for my H4 asking for legal status of primary applicant. We sent his paystubs and offer letter from Company C to show legal status. Now they rejected my H4 application from company B saying since the application is withdrawn H4 extension is denied.
