krishkum Posted January 27, 2022 Report Share Posted January 27, 2022 My H1B started with Employer A on Mar 25 2019 and ends on Mar 24 2022. I went for stamping with my spouse and daughter and the stamped visa expires on Mar 24 2022. On Mar 2020 , I moved to Employer B and the I-797A dates with this employer expires by Mar 15 2023. I hope I797-A approval notice should be good for me until Mar 25 2023 to stay in US. I realized my employer didn't file the H4 extension for my dependents and I did that recently last week. The processing times show as at least 10 months and I want to know if my dependents can stay in US after Mar 24 2022 if I don't get updates on H4 extension filed. Quote Link to comment
