I485 AOS Interfile Questions

Current Status:

Priority Date: Feb-28-2013
H1B Expires: Jun-01-2022
EB2 and EB3 I-140 Approved
I-485 and I-140 filed on Nov-06-2020, in EB3 category
Current EB3 FAD as per Feb-2022 Bulletin: Jan-2012, no scope of EB3 dates moving in USCIS FY2022. In USCIS FY2023, zero chance of FB to EB spillover
Current EB2 FAD as per Feb-2022 Bulletin: Jan-01-2013, lot of scope of Priority date falling in EB2 FAD
 
Questions:
•    If current employer interfiles I-485 to use EB2, can one change jobs immediately within a month or two, of Interfile? Does the 6-month wait period apply with this interfile?

•    In such a state, is it recommended to change jobs, without the new employer having to file new EB2 I-140 and another I-485?

Any other suggestion/advice?
