Scenario : My spouse has an approved I140 with more than 180 days and planning to join a new employer. I have an EAD which will expire in 2023. Question: 1) Can I renew my EAD using spouse's approved I140 of the previous employer. 2) Can my spouse extend his H1b without new I140, considering his priority date is not current .
