GC in EB1 (Manager)

Hello,

I am moving to India from US (after staying here for 10 plus years) in April. Already have a EB2 running here, but it will take years before priority date becomes current. I am planning to stay there for around 1-1.5 years due to some family commitment. After that I am planning to come back to the US. So my questions are :

1. Can I apply my GC in EB1 after coming back from India? I will be working at the same company and I am a senior manager at the company.

2. For EB1, do I have to completely transfer payroll to the India office?

3. Do I need to come back to the US on L1A VISA or can I come back on H1B and still file in EB1 category? I have seen both the cases but just wanted to confirm.

4. The India entity name of the company is different from the US entity name of the company. Would it matter?
