I-140 Approval - EMP A; PERM New Labor Reject - EMP B; EMP Change - EMP C

Hellw there,

wondering if any of you know or have an opinion for my situation.

1. Got I-140 Approved from EMP A.

2. As part of OutSourcing, moved to EMP B, New Labor was rejected in PERM, EMP B challened it. Verdict will take few years.

3. Trying with EMP C to file EB2.

What are my chances of safely moving to EMP C and getting EB2 GC ?

What are down sides to #3 ?
