I-485 application moved from TSC to NSC and again to USCIS office- Any advice whats going on

Hi All

My wife's I-485 was initially filed at TCS ( receipt date 23 March). On 29th Aug, it was moved to NCS. Given the large number of application at TCS, this was understandable. Now it has been moved again to a USCIS office. here's the status:

"The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to upda"

Any idea whats happening to this application?

2) Is this normal or there is extra scrutiny in this case?

My PD got current in march. Guru's/Belle- pls advice

The case is transferred to local USCIS office and possibly you may get a call for interview and if the visas are available the case could be immediately approved after the interview.
