How to apply for GC for Indian Parents (65+). If I have a US Citizenship.

Hi, I would like to apply for GC for Indian Parents (65+). I have a US Citizenship. Want to know how to start the application process.

 

1. Documents/papers required for initial application process?

2. Do we need to hire a attorney?

3. How long will it take for the  GC processing time as of now for parents?

4. Can they travel to India if the  GC is in progress in between? (They are currently in US and   B2 visa is till April 2023)
