Our marriage is fixed at the end of Feb 2022. 1) What are fastest approach to bring her to USA (even if GC process is slow-downed) to live with me? Fiancee visa or Marriage visa? 2) what is current timeframe for advance parole to have approved and She able to travel to US to stay with me? 3) She currently doesn't has DOB certificate but she has her DOB on Aadhar card, passport, 10th certificates etcs? Will this be an issue? If so, what is general approach to obtain birth certificate in this kind of situations?
