DThaker21
Hello, I am in the process of filing a green card for my parents. 4 years back, I had started with the process, got the birth certificate affidavits for them, and had them notarized. Due to certain reasons, we had to postpone the whole filing process. With Covid19, it became further delayed. Now, I am looking to restart the process. My question is will all of those signed and notarized affidavits (4 yr old) will still be considered valid by USCIS? Do I need to get them again?!. I have the rest of the documents in order, and it's just this one question stopping me from continuing with the process. Thanking you in advance, Thaker. Quote Link to comment
