My H1B Visa with employer A expires Jan 03 2022. I have changed to employer B in Oct 2020. 1.) Can I select option YES for recent visa expired within 48 months in same class to qualify for drop box? 2.) As Im with new employer B now am I not eligible. Please help. Quote Link to comment
