H-1 Transfer After Visa Appointment Confirmed

Hello,

I am currently on an H-1B visa in the United States. I got my H-1b visa approved this year in the lottery and scheduled an interview date for Mumbai in March 2022 back in September. I am in the process of changing companies which will require an H-1B transfer.

Now since I already have an appointment confirmation wherein the details on the I-129 receipt number are from the older company, would I need to reschedule the appointment and do the whole registration process again once I change companies or can I keep the scheduled appointment and just update the DS-160 with new details.

I am specifically talking about the section in which we enter Petitioner details and receipt number.
