AOS/I-140 while on F-1 & CPT

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has a similar experience:

I found a company that agreed to sponsor me for green card, my PERM already came back approved/certified, and my priority dates are current. The issue is, I recently traveled out of country and I'm hearing that I won't be able to submit my I-140 & I-485 application since F-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa with a single intent and I should wait for at least 90 days before filing my I-140 and I-485. I also saw on one of the law firm websites that I won't be able to apply for CPT while my AOS is pending because the immigration officer might see it as fraud for dual intent when reviewing my case.

Does anyone have a similar experience? or Did anyone in this forum applied for AOS & I-140 while on F-1 & CPT? I'd really appreciate if you can share your experience.
