CCR
Hi, I got laid off last week but was lucky enough to find a new sponsor to start my H1 transfer. However I need to travel to India for some personal reasons and since my visa is already expired I need to go for stamping. About that: How easy is it to get an appointment in Delhi, Mumbai or Chennai or rather when is the next availability? Also because of the pandemic, what documents would I need to take with me personally for the visa stamping and what documents are sent electronically either by the lawyers of the new company or me? Thanks to advise. Quote Link to comment
