H1b Stamping visa scheduling - Annotation question Query

My first visa stamping had Annotation as "Clearance received"

and my second visa stamping was approved ( without annotation)

So when i am apply third time for visa stamping scheduling

for Question - Was your prior H1B Visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”? “
 

• should i mention Yes or No
  • Should i mention "Yes", as my first visa was annotated
  • Should i mention "No", as my last visa stamping was approved (without annotation).

Please help

select "No", as last visa stamping was approved (without annotation) and If there is a room, write YES for 1st time stamping (Clearance Received)
