Awanish Posted November 16, 2021 Report Share Posted November 16, 2021 Hello Sir, my spouse I-539 got denied stating that my spouse holds H1B Visa, my spouse is a housewife and has never applied for H1B visa, we got RFE stating the same and we replied stating that my spouse is a house wife and we have never applied for H1B Visa, need your guidance here, since our kids are still in kindergarten and if she has to leave I need to do as early as possible also how it will impact if she wants to return back here.
