SatishKrT Posted November 5, 2021 Report Share Posted November 5, 2021 Priority Date: 10/01/2012.EB3-I140 and I485 Received Dt: 10/30/2020 (based on filing date being current).EB3 Final Action dates became current in June.Biometrics taken on 10/21/2021 for entire family members.EB3-I140 approved on 11/01/2021 with approval notice dated 11/02/2021.EB3 dates (both Final action and Filing dates) retrogressed back to January 2012 effective 11/01/2021 based on November visa bulletin.No EADs issued yet.My child age turns 21 by 11/10/2021.With above scenario, does my child age is frozen and eligible to get GC ?How CSPA act helps me in this case.
