My priority date just got current for the very first time and my lawyers are filing I140, I485 and Advanced Parole Concurrently I have my visa stamped till April 2022. I have been told that if I travel, my AP will be cancelled. What is the danger of that? Can I come back on H1B and re-apply for AP? Does that cause any problem? Secondly, my wife is also on her own H1B. She needs to get her H1B visa stamped. Are stamping dates open in Mumbai? We filled out DS 160 and paid fees, but can't find a single date (she meets dropbox eligibility so just needs OFC appt) Does this complicate the AP issue? Any thoughts? Quote Link to comment
