Approved I-140 Under Eb1C

I am currently in India and I have been asked by my employer to join their USA office on H1B. As, I have already my L1A I-140 under EB1C was approved on with Company A. The current H1B is with Company B job title Software Developer. Before I fly I just wanted to check if this isn’t going to jeopardize my existing approved I-140. Also, if not then what is the path going forward for me to file I-485 after I move to the USA on H1B? Furthermore, L1A company name (A) is different than the H1 company name (B) Incase that makes any difference?. AS Company A or Company B is run by the same owner. I don't know what the relation in between these 2 companies.

 

Also,I have filed I-824 to move my I-140 to NVC which is not approved yet. It will create an issue in POE while traveling on stamped H1B with NIE?.
