uppi2aemul
Hello All, I am currently going through a tough situation and need your suggestion.Currently working for a client and they are my employer A as well since I am a full time employee, they did not start my Green Card yet.Previously worked for an Employer B, it’s a consulting firm not a client, they filed my I-140 and have a perm date of Aug 2013 in EB2 category and left them in Dec 2019 and their H1B is also inactive. WIth the recent October Bulletin, my Perm Date is Current if I downgrade from EB2 to EB3 Now, if I plan to downgrade to EB3, I will be current and can file my AOS, using the October Bulletin but I need to go back to my consulting Firm Employer B since they have my I-140Can I still work for Employer A and ask my older Employer B to file H1-B as Concurrent so that I can work for Employer B as well as Employer A?Is that even possible if I apply for Concurrent H1-B with my Old Employer B who is holding my I-140 and can still work with my Current Employer A ?
