salzburry Posted October 25, 2021 Report Share Posted October 25, 2021 Hello, My company had filed for an H1 extension in premium processing on Oct 8,2021 and we still have received no communication neither have the checks been cashed by USCIS. The lawyers are just waiting for USCIS to respond. My employer called up USCIS and found that my A-number (from I-140) was incorrect. My I-94 expired on Oct 16,2021. I wanted to ask what options do I have in this case ? Would USCIS accept an amendment or is my H1B no longer valid since it expired on Oct 16,2021. Quote Link to comment
