goodtoask Posted October 17, 2021 Report Share Posted October 17, 2021 Hi, my son is 15 year old now, we applied I485 with EB3 downgrade from EB2 concurrently in Oct 2020, my PD is 8/5/2012 which is current from 7/1/2021 but did not get GC yet, my downgrade 140 was approved in July 2021, as the dates retrogressed now, I just want to make sure if my child's age is locked or not and to make sure his age is locked, do I need to file any form?
