Filling H4 EAD based on previous I797A

I changed my employer recently and had filled for the H4 extension & along with EAD for my spouse (first time). 

Due to long processing time, I would like to know if it's possible to file for a new EAD using the previously approved H4 (I797A) that had a validity till end 2023. 

Could anyone please clarify?
