Let me explain my case. 1) 3 years ago, I and my wife scheduled a visa appointment with the "xyz@gmail.com" account. At that time I was on H1 and My wife was on H4. 2) Last year my wife was transferred to H1 and when trying to schedule a visa appointment with the same account "xyz@gmail.com", in this case, I am eligible for dropbox but my wife was not eligible for dropbox because she was moved from H4 to H1. 3) So, in this case, I try to create a new account for my wife to book a separate visa appointment with abc@gmail.com but we are seeing an issue with the new account "Already veena details having with xyz@gmail.com account in the database". Not able to create a new account. 4) Or else, Is there any chance we can create 2 separate appointments with the same account "xyz@gmail.com"? Please let us know what we can do in this situation.
