Aarav27 Posted October 8, 2021 Report Share Posted October 8, 2021 Hello, I am working on a H1B visa (visa stamp from employer A is valid till December 31, 2021). I have recently moved to employer B and got a new I-797 (with a new I-94 on it) which is valid till July, 2024. I will be travelling to India next month. Just wanted to confirm that I don't need a visa stamping on my passport as it already has stamping valid until Dec 31, 2021 (from employer A though). It is not mandatory to stamp again since I moved to employer B. Employer A stamping can be used to enter back to US. Is my understanding correct? Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
