Iam confused between two options. 1 U . S . PERITIONER 2. EMPLOYER IN U S MY h1 b is filed by different company US , not my current organization which I am working in india. Question is who is paying for trip? not who is employer or sponsoring/ petitioning for employment. 1 and 2 is same, you work for who petitions for you, at the most it could be end client but you're employed by petitioner in 99% of cases. Put name of whoever is buying your plane ticket , it could be your name or name of future employers. Quote Link to comment
02112018 Posted October 8, 2021 Report Share Posted October 8, 2021 If your employer is paying for your travel to join in a project onsite(u.s), you will be choosing employer in u.s. Both options means same : Petitioner is the one who sponsored and filed your h1 and employer also same. Quote Link to comment
