But for my wife and kid H4 approval doc not received though online CASE status shows approved and approval notice has been sent. How to get H4 approved i539 document ? does it required that i should I have physical document as long me primary has the approved notice copy ? As I dont have H4 approval doc how to know updated I94 date for wife and KID. Pls advise. Quote Link to comment
rksingh Posted October 10, 2021 Report Share Posted October 10, 2021 Ask your lawyer to submit a Service Request for the original documents or use the "Ask Emma" chat feature on USCIS website. Technically you don't need the approval documents right away unless you are planning to use them for other purposes such as driver license renewal etc. The I94 numbers of your spouse and kid will not change...it will remain the same number that you used when you applied for extension using Form I539 (The only time you get a new I94 number is when you leave US and re-enter again without use of AVR) Quote Link to comment
